Job Description:

We are seeking a Performance Marketer with at least 2 years of experience in running and optimizing ad campaigns across Google Ads and social media platforms. The ideal candidate should be results-driven, capable of generating sales and qualified leads, and able to perform under high-pressure, target-oriented environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and manage paid campaigns on Google, Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms.
• Optimize campaigns to maximize ROI, CTR, and conversion rates.
• Analyze performance data and prepare reports with actionable insights.
• Collaborate with design and content teams to create effective ad creatives.
• Manage budgets efficiently to achieve desired outcomes.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in performance marketing.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and analytics tools.
• Ability to drive measurable sales and lead generation.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
