We are seeking a Performance Marketer with proven experience in running and optimizing paid campaigns across digital platforms. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in managing ad accounts, analyzing performance data, and driving ROI for clients.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a marketing agency
• Strong knowledge of Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and Analytics
• Ability to plan, execute, and optimize performance campaigns
• Understanding of sales funnels, A/B testing, and retargeting strategies
• Excellent reporting and analytical skills
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
