Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Plan and execute strategies for lead generation, brand awareness, and enrollment campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and optimize for ROI, CTR, and CPL.
- Work with the creative team to develop engaging ad copies, visuals, and landing pages.
- Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and CRM dashboards to track and report performance.
- Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis.
- Collaborate with the admissions and content teams to align campaigns with school goals.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing and apply innovative strategies.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in performance or digital marketing (education or service sector preferred).
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Analytics tools.
- Proficiency in SEO/SEM, remarketing, A/B testing, and conversion tracking.
- Creative thinker with the ability to craft compelling messaging for parents and families.
- Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
