Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
  • Plan and execute strategies for lead generation, brand awareness, and enrollment campaigns.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and optimize for ROI, CTR, and CPL.
  • Work with the creative team to develop engaging ad copies, visuals, and landing pages.
  • Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and CRM dashboards to track and report performance.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis.
  • Collaborate with the admissions and content teams to align campaigns with school goals.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing and apply innovative strategies.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in performance or digital marketing (education or service sector preferred).
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Analytics tools.
  • Proficiency in SEO/SEM, remarketing, A/B testing, and conversion tracking.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to craft compelling messaging for parents and families.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,143.89 - ₹65,516.92 per month
