Performance Marketer

We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist who has hands-on experience managing and scaling USA-based digital campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, and other digital platforms.
• Manage ad budgets, A/B testing, and audience segmentation for maximum ROI.
• Track and analyze campaign performance to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with creative and content teams to ensure impactful ad messaging.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and tools.

Requirements:

✅ Proven experience running USA-focused campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.)
✅ Strong analytical and reporting skills using tools like Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and Data Studio.
✅ Deep understanding of conversion optimization and retargeting strategies.
✅ Excellent communication and coordination skills.
✅ Minimum 2–3 years of experience in performance or digital marketing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
