About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated, results-driven Performance Marketing Expert to take full ownership of our Google Ads strategy execution. You will be responsible for managing and scaling our international e-commerce campaigns, with a primary focus on the competitive U.S. market. The ideal candidate is an independent, analytical thinker with a proven track record of driving exceptional Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) and optimising Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) for e-commerce brands.

Key Responsibilities

- E-commerce Campaign Strategy & Execution: Independently develop, launch, and manage high-ROAS campaigns—primarily Search, Shopping, and PMax—specifically targeting the U.S. consumer market and ensuring seamless tracking integration with Shopify and Google Merchant Center.

- ⁠Performance-Driven Optimization: Conduct rigorous data analysis to continuously optimize bids, budgets, and targeting to significantly improve Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) and lower Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) for profitable scaling.

- ⁠Creative & Landing Page Enhancement: Collaborate with internal teams to implement an iterative testing roadmap for ad copy, creatives, and landing pages, focusing on maximizing Conversion Rate (CR) and Google Quality Score.

- ⁠Stakeholder Reporting & Insight: Provide clear, regular, and actionable performance reports and insights to stakeholders, translating complex campaign data into strategic recommendations for business growth.

Core Requirements

- Experience: Proven, hands-on experience managing and scaling international e-commerce Google Ads campaigns, with a specific focus and success in the U.S. market.

- Platform Mastery: Expert-level knowledge of Google Ads, specifically in the setup, optimization, and scaling of Search, Shopping, and Performance Max campaigns.

- ⁠Analytical Prowess: Strong ability to interpret complex data, use key performance indicators (KPIs) like ROAS and CPA, and translate insights into tangible campaign improvements.

- ⁠E-commerce Familiarity: Direct working experience with the Shopify platform or similare-commerce systems.

- ⁠Results-Driven: A track record of demonstrating initiative, independent management, and a commitment to achieving and exceeding measurable business goals.
