KeyResponsibilities

• Manage and optimize a monthlyadvertising budget ofAED 30,000-100,000across Meta,TikTok, and Snapchat
  
• Develop and execute high-converting leadgeneration and booking funnels
  
• Drive measurable customer acquisitiongrowth with a focus on cost efficiency
  
• Monitor and optimize key performancemetrics includingCPL, CPA, and ROAS
  
• Collaborate with creative and operationsteams to align marketing with revenue objectives
  
• Provide regular performance reports andactionable insights
  

Requirements

CandidateProfile

• Minimum4+ years of paid mediaexperience within the Dubai market
  
• Bachelor's degree inMarketing,Business Administration, Communications, Digital Media, or related field
  
• Certifications - Meta Media BuyingCertification, Google Ads Certification, TikTok Ads Certification, GoogleAnalytics (GA4) Certification
  
• Master's degree (MBA or Marketingspecialization) - preferred but not mandatory
  
• Proven success in scalingbeauty,spa, wellness, or F&B brands
  
• Strong analytical skills and performanceoptimization mindset
  
• Experience managing mid-to-largeadvertising budgets
  
• Ability to translate short-form contentinto high-converting campaigns
  
• Results-oriented with strong ownershipmentality
  
• Strong expertise inleadgeneration and booking funnels
