Performance Marketing Manger (cosmetic Product)

we are a fast-growing cosmetics brand focused on empowering beauty through high-performance, cruelty-free products. We are looking for a data-driven and creative Performance Marketing Manager to own and scale our paid media strategy across all digital platforms.

As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and analyzing paid digital campaigns to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue growth. You'll manage budgets across key platforms like Meta, Google, TikTok, and more, with a deep focus on ROAS, CAC, and LTV.

Key Responsibilities Paid Media Strategy & Execution

  • Plan and manage performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube.
  • Launch and optimize acquisition, retargeting, and retention campaigns for cosmetic products.
  • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copy, and audiences to maximize performance.

Data & Performance Optimization

  • Track and analyze KPIs such as ROAS, CAC, CTR, CVR, and LTV.
  • Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, and reporting dashboards.
  • Create weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.

Creative & Content Collaboration

  • Work with design and content teams to produce high-converting ad creatives (UGC, before/after, tutorials).
  • Provide creative direction based on data-driven insights and cosmetic trends.

Funnel & Conversion Optimization

  • Collaborate on landing page creation and optimization.
  • Set up tracking pixels, UTMs, and attribution models to ensure full-funnel visibility.

Budgeting & Forecasting

  • Own and manage the performance marketing budget across channels.
  • Forecast growth, CAC, and ROAS based on business targets.

Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, preferably in cosmetics, beauty, or DTC eCommerce.
  • Proven success managing campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using GA4, Excel, Looker Studio, etc.
  • Deep understanding of eCommerce metrics and customer acquisition funnels.
  • Creative thinker with a strong eye for beauty and cosmetic marketing trends.
  • Experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, and attribution tools is a plus.
  • Experience with influencer or affiliate marketing
  • Background in skincare, beauty, or wellness brands
  • Familiarity with AI tools for ad creative testing or automation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Lahore: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
