Performance Marketing Specialist

On-site Job in Lahore (No Remote Work)

Looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist, who will be responsible for driving traffic, acquiring new leads, and optimizing conversion rates. A strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including PPC, social media, and email marketing, and be able to create and manage campaigns from start to finish.

Main responsibilities:

* Develop and implement effective performance marketing strategies to meet business objectives.

* Analyze and optimize campaigns to improve performance and ROI.

* Manage and monitor digital advertising campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, search engines, and display networks.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful campaign execution.

* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continually improve campaign performance.

* Track and report on key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for future optimization.

* Manage budgets and allocate resources to maximize campaign effectiveness.

* Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform campaign strategy.

* Identify new opportunities for growth and expansion through performance marketing channels.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners.

Requirements

* 5 years of performance marketing experience

* Proven track record of improving ROI

* Expertise in Google Ads, GA4, Meta Ads is must

* Experience managing large budgets

* Ability to analyze and interpret data

* Excellent communication and presentation skills

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

* Detail-oriented and organized

* Ability to work independently and in a team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs190,000.00 per month
