About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist with 2+ years of hands-on experience in managing paid advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate should be analytical, ROI-focused, and capable of scaling campaigns across multiple digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and other relevant platforms
• Manage Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max, and Remarketing campaigns
• Set up and manage conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics
• Optimize campaigns to improve ROAS, CTR, CPA, and overall performance
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
• Create campaign structures from scratch and scale them strategically
• Manage budgets effectively to maximize ROI
• Generate weekly and monthly performance reports
• Work closely with the creative and content team for ad copies and creatives
• Handle Merchant Center and Catalog Ads (preferred)

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads
• Experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
• Understanding of conversion tracking and performance metrics
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and budgets
• Good communication and reporting skills

Experience Required

• Minimum 2+ years of proven experience in Performance Marketing
• Experience in handling live ad budgets and generating measurable results
