Performance Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a Performance Marketing Expert with a strong focus on Google Ad Campaigns and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) for our different brands . If you have a passion for data-driven marketing and a track record of success in the international space, we want you to join us!

Responsibilities

• Manage performance marketing campaigns across Google, Meta and other mediums.
• Allocate and manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient spending to maximize ROI.
• Design and execute A/B tests to optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and overall campaign.
• Optimize campaigns for maximum visibility and conversion rates.
• Refine targeting strategies to reach the most relevant and potential audiences.
• Work closely with the production and branding teams for marketing media and content.
• Ideate and create impactful ad copies and media to enrich engagement and conversions.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance.
• Utilize analytics platforms and performance metrics to make data-driven decisions.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement new strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Marketing.
• 3-5 years of performance marketing experience .
• Stronghold in Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics, and other tools.
• Relevant certifications in digital marketing or specific platforms are a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Karachi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
