Performance Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a skilled Performance Marketing Specialist with strong expertise in SEO, SMM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and end-to-end campaign execution. The ideal candidate understands user behavior, has a strong visual sense, and can deliver high-impact digital campaigns that drive measurable business growth.

This role requires strong analytical thinking, creativity, and the ability to improve key performance metrics across ecommerce and service-based funnels.

Key Responsibilities

Performance Marketing

  • Plan, execute, and optimize performance campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, and Display Networks.
  • Improve key metrics including ROAS, CPA, CPC, CTR, and overall conversion rates.
  • Implement audience segmentation, retargeting strategies, and funnel optimization.
  • Conduct ongoing A/B testing for creatives, copy, and landing pages.
  • SEO & Content
  • Execute on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies to boost organic traffic.
  • Conduct keyword research and competitor audits.
  • Collaborate on content optimization to enhance search visibility.
  • Social Media & Brand Growth
  • Manage paid and organic campaigns across major social media platforms.
  • Develop and suggest visually compelling content ideas aligned with target KPIs.
  • Monitor engagement and refine social strategies.
  • Analytics & Reporting
  • Monitor performance via GA4, Search Console, GTM, and ad platform dashboards.
  • Create weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights.
  • Identify new growth opportunities through data analysis.
  • Creatives & Visual Strategy
  • Collaborate with designers to develop high-converting ad creatives.
  • Suggest CRO improvements across landing pages and funnels.
  • Ensure consistent visual and messaging quality across campaigns.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 2–3 years of experience in performance marketing with proven success.
  • Strong command over:
  • Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max)
  • Meta Ads Manager
  • SEO best practices
  • SMM and conversion-focused content
  • Deep understanding of ecommerce and digital service funnels.
  • Strong visual judgment and analytical mindset.
  • Experience with GA4, GTM, Search Console, and tracking tools.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver measurable outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with ecommerce or multi-service digital platforms.
  • Familiarity with UI/UX and CRO principles.
  • Knowledge of email automation tools (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot etc).
  • Basic ability to create or direct ad creatives.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED10,000.00 per month
