Role Overview

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist who is performance-focused,

data-driven, and passionate about scaling paid media campaigns. You will be responsible for

planning, executing, optimizing, and reporting paid campaigns across multiple platforms

while closely collaborating with the strategy and creative teams.

Key Responsibilities

● Plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and other paid platforms.

● Manage Search, Display, Performance Max, and remarketing campaigns

● Monitor daily performance and optimize campaigns to improve ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversions.

● Create and manage ad copies in collaboration with the creative team.

● Conduct A/B testing on ads, audiences, and landing pages.

● Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, GA4, and Google Tag Manager.

● Manage budgets, forecasts, and scaling strategies for multiple clients.

● Stay updated with platform updates, trends, and best practices in paid media.

Qualification & Skills

● 2–4 years of hands-on experience in PPC / Performance Marketing / Paid Media

(agency experience preferred).

● Strong expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube).

● Working knowledge of Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and remarketing strategies.

● Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and event setup.

● Strong analytical mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.

● Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Keyword Planner.

● Excellent communication and client-handling skills.

● Certification in Google Ads is a plus.
