Performance Marketing Specialist

Minimum qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field
  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience managing paid marketing campaigns with a focus on Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
  • Proven ability to build, launch, and optimize campaigns from scratch, including keyword research, audience segmentation, and A/B testing
  • Strong experience using Google Analytics (GA4) and native platform tracking (Pixels/Conversion API) to measure and report on ROAS, and conversion rates
  • Familiarity with Bing (Microsoft Advertising) and at least one major Email Service Provider (ESP) like Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or HubSpot for lifecycle marketing

Preferred qualifications

  • Strong ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable executive summaries and next-step recommendations
  • Expertise in implementing, optimizing and scaling digital advertising campaigns
  • Ability to translate business KPIs into multi-channel media plans, managing budgets effectively across Google, Meta, and Bing
  • Experience optimizing and troubleshooting ad campaigns
  • Ability to demonstrate a data-driven approach when proposing solutions, providing actionable insights to customers

As a Marketing specialist, you will work on a specific project critical to BeHope’s needs with opportunities to switch teams and projects as you and our fast-paced business grow and evolve. We need our team members to be versatile, display leadership qualities and be enthusiastic to take on new problems. As a key member of a small and versatile team, you design, test, deploy and scale marketing solutions

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve campaigns
  • Manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables
  • Take on tasks as requested following through to completion despite roadblocks or distractions
