Full-of-Life Qualities

• Graduated from relevant departments of universities,
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Performance Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Growth Marketing,
• English fluency is essential; German skills would be advantageous,
• Experienced in advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, DV360, and SA360, in addition to measurement tools like Google Analytics, Adjust,
• Knowledgeable about mobile attribution models,
• Constantly following digital and advertising technologies and integrating these developments into performance marketing processes,
• Proficient in digital advertising operations and reporting,
• Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously,
• Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies,
• Goal-oriented, analytical, and systematic thinker.

A Full Look on the Job Description

• Having a strong influence on the company's Performance Marketing processes and management,
• Managing all Performance Marketing channels,
• Design and implement performance marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including PPC, social media, display advertising, and affiliate marketing,
• Utilize data and analytics to optimize campaigns and improve ROI,
• Oversee the day-to-day management of performance marketing campaigns,
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement,
• Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize campaign effectiveness,
• Track and report on key performance metrics, providing regular updates to senior management,
• Use analytics tools to identify trends and opportunities for growth,
• Conduct A/B testing to optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies,
• Work closely with the content, design, and product teams to create compelling ad creatives and landing pages,
• Coordinate with external partners, including agencies and affiliate networks, to ensure campaign success,
• Keep abreast of the latest trends and best practices in performance marketing,
• Implement innovative strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
