I’m looking for a PA like no other. This isn’t your typical calendar-managing, errand-running role. This is a front-row seat to the life of a 23-year-old entrepreneur building businesses across influencer marketing, media, and luxury brands. I host one of the largest business + self-improvement podcasts in the Middle East, and my videos often go viral, featuring conversations with some of the biggest names and tycoons in the industry. Someone who moves fast, thinks big, and refuses to stay in one lane.

Our office is fun, young, and full of energy, Gen Z vibes, massage chairs, bean bags, plenty of snacks and fresh fruits, and a team that actually enjoys coming to work, not to any “corporate cubicle” 


What you’ll actually be doing:

• Working directly with me (the founder) on daily tasks, both personal and business.

• Managing schedules, communications, and follow-ups with top clients, creators, and partners.

• Traveling for business meetings, events, and projects (yes, you might be in London one week and Riyadh the next).

• Helping run multiple ventures at once, from influencer marketing campaigns to luxury product launches.

• Acting as a problem-solver: if something breaks, you fix it, or figure it out fast.

• Taking ownership: when I hand something off, I shouldn’t have to chase you for it.

  • Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Handle email and communication on behalf of the executive, ensuring timely responses.
  • Be the liaison between a team of 25 and Ahmad, who's very busy.
  • Helping new employees onboard.
  • Assist with personal errands and ad-hoc tasks to free up executive time.
  • Ensure that the office's supplies, snacks and fresh tasty fruits are stocked up.

• Sharp: You think on your feet, connect dots quickly, and don’t need things explained twice.

• Hungry: You’re not just looking for a job, you want to grow, learn, and build a career that can take you anywhere.

• Adaptable: One day you’re booking meetings, the next you’re helping coordinate a global campaign or handling a personal project.

• Organized under chaos: My world moves fast. You need to bring structure to it without slowing things down.

• Discreet & trustworthy: You’ll be exposed to sensitive conversations and high-level projects. Loyalty is non-negotiable.
