Personal Assistant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to [an individual / executive / entrepreneur / public figure]. The ideal candidate will be efficient, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Calendar Management: Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Travel Arrangements: Organize travel, including flights, accommodation, transportation, and itineraries.
  • Correspondence: Draft, send, and manage emails, letters, and other communications on behalf of the employer.
  • Task and Project Management: Assist with ongoing personal and professional projects, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Errands and Personal Tasks: Handle shopping, reservations, and personal errands as needed.
  • Document Management: Maintain and organize personal and professional records, receipts, files, and other documentation.
  • Confidentiality: Maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality at all times.
  • Liaison Duties: Communicate with vendors, service providers, staff, and other stakeholders as a representative of the employer.
  • Household Coordination (if applicable): Oversee domestic staff, maintenance appointments, and household logistics.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Discretion and trustworthiness; you will often be party to confidential information
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace and productivity tools
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Professional demeanor and appearance
  • Valid driver's license (if travel or errands are required)


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting high-level executives or entrepreneurs
  • Flexible schedule, availability for travel or weekend support
  • Knowledge of project management tools or CRM systems
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills (if relevant)
