Role Summary

INSHARO is seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to be assigned to one of our key clients. The selected candidate will provide comprehensive administrative and organizational support to the client’s management team. The role requires ensuring smooth daily operations, managing communications, and driving efficiency while maintaining professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Organize and schedule meetings, calls, and appointments.
  • Maintain filing systems, records, and documentation.
  • Draft, review, and manage official correspondence and reports.
  • Track tasks, follow up on deadlines, and ensure workflows are completed on time.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners as required.
  • Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and business documents.
  • Manage travel arrangements, itineraries, and logistical tasks.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (preferred).
  • Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Administrative Officer.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic & English.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Professional demeanor, high integrity, and strong interpersonal skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: E£19,000.00 per month
