Administrative & Executive Support

  • Manage and maintain the MD’s calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the MD
  • Prepare, review, and organize documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence
  • Handle confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism

Coordination & Communication

  • Coordinate meetings, agendas, minutes, and follow-ups
  • Liaise with senior management, board members, clients, and partners
  • Screen calls, emails, and requests, prioritizing them appropriately
  • Track action items and ensure timely follow-up

Travel & Event Management

  • Arrange domestic and international travel, including itineraries, visas, accommodation, and logistics
  • Assist in organizing corporate events, board meetings, and executive off-sites

Office & Operational Support

  • Support the MD in day-to-day operations and special projects
  • Maintain filing systems (physical and digital) for easy access and record-keeping
  • Assist in coordinating cross-functional activities as directed by the MD
