About Malton Couture

Malton Couture is a luxury bridal and couture design house specializing in custom gowns and elevated event experiences. We are seeking a dependable, organized, and motivated Personal Assistant to support boutique operations while training to grow into a Stylist role.

Position Overview

The Personal Assistant will assist with daily boutique organization and digital communication while receiving hands-on training to develop into a Bridal Stylist.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning and maintaining boutique organization
• Organizing inventory, supplies, and workspaces
• Filing and maintaining documents
• Managing and responding to emails
• Answering Instagram DMs and customer inquiries
• Posting and scheduling social media content
• Assisting with general boutique tasks
• Observing and learning during client appointments

Growth Opportunity

Selected candidates will receive training in:

• Bridal styling fundamentals
• Client consultation techniques
• Luxury customer service
• Dress fitting basics
• Understanding silhouettes and body types

Opportunity for advancement into a Stylist position based on performance.

Schedule

• Very flexible hours

Qualifications

• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Strong written communication skills
• Comfortable using Instagram and social media
• Passion for fashion, bridal, or styling
• Self-motivated and professional
• Reliable transportation

Compensation

$15 per hour
Stylist advancement opportunity based on performance.
