Personal Assistant – Job Description

A Personal Assistant (PA) provides administrative, organizational, and communication support to an executive or manager to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Handle emails, calls, and correspondence professionally
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documents
  • Organize meetings and take minutes
  • Maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information
  • Assist with personal and business-related tasks as required

Required Skills:

  • Strong organization and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal)
  • Attention to detail and discretion
  • Proficiency in office software (MS Office / Google Workspace)
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR4,000.00 - QAR6,000.00 per month
