Personal Assistant | Right Hand to a Business Owner


We are looking for a highly organized and dependable Personal Assistant to support a fast-paced professional and business owner. This role is a combination of administrative support, personal assistance, and day-to-day logistics.


The right person enjoys helping others stay focused and productive. You will help manage tasks that keep both business and household operations running smoothly. Some days will involve administrative work and scheduling. Other days may involve errands, driving to appointments, or assisting with personal tasks and filtering through the midnight brain dumps of all the things that need to be done.

This role will begin around 20 hours per week with growth to full-time as responsibilities expand.


This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being the right hand to a busy professional and helping turn chaos into organization. The position blends administrative support, errands, scheduling, and day-to-day logistics to help maintain productivity in a fast-moving environment.


A key part of this role involves “body double productivity” support. Many highly driven people work best when someone is present to help maintain focus, structure tasks, and keep momentum moving forward. The right candidate will enjoy helping create that environment by assisting with organization, accountability, and execution of daily priorities.


Because the work environment is dynamic, the ideal candidate will be comfortable around a busy schedule and occasional last-minute changes. If you enjoy helping someone stay on track, managing moving pieces, and creating order out of busy days, you will thrive in this role.

Compensation:

$18 - $22 hourly

Responsibilities:
  • Manage calendar scheduling, reminders, and appointments
  • Assist with phone calls, emails, and message follow-ups
  • Run errands including grocery shopping, returns, package pickups, and deliveries
  • Help maintain organization for both business and household tasks
  • Assist with bill payments, record keeping, and basic administrative tasks
  • Drive owner to appointments or meetings when needed
  • Help create structure and accountability for daily productivity
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and errands
  • Maintain organized files, documents, and task lists
  • Support miscellaneous tasks that allow the business owner to stay focused on high value work

Qualifications:

Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and clean driving record
  • Comfortable driving locally for errands and appointments
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with management abilities
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks independently
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Comfortable using basic technology such as email, calendars, and task management tools
  • High level of discretion and professionalism


Schedule

  • Starting approximately20 hours per week
  • Opportunity to grow into35 to 40 hours per week
  • Mix of scheduled hours and flexible task-based work
  • Errands or appointments will occur during daytime business hours


Compensation

  • $18 to $22 per hour, depending on experience
