Personal Assistant

Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Personal Assistant to support daily operations and assist with a variety of administrative and organizational tasks. This role is primarily office-based and plays an important part in helping keep schedules, communication, and event details running smoothly.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with leadership and be part of a creative company in the event and wedding industry.

Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars using Outlook and Google Workspace, scheduling meetings, calls, and appointments
  • Create and update spreadsheets to track event details, orders, and project timelines
  • Assist with organizing schedules and maintaining accurate records
  • Help manage emails and follow up on client or vendor communications when needed
  • Coordinate logistics for upcoming events and installations
  • Maintain organized files and internal documents
  • Provide general administrative support to leadership
  • Occasionally assist with light event support on weekends if needed

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets and digital calendars
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
  • Interest in the event or wedding industry is a plus

Schedule

Part-Time (flexible weekday hours with occasional weekend event support)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
