Family Personal Assistant – Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized, trustworthy, and proactive Family Personal Assistant to support a busy household and its family members. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, flexibility, and the ability to manage a wide range of personal and administrative responsibilities. The ideal candidate will help streamline daily life by coordinating schedules, managing household tasks, and handling personal errands with professionalism and discretion.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate family calendars, including appointments, school schedules, activities, and travel arrangements
• Oversee household operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning
• Run errands such as grocery shopping, dry cleaning, returns, and other personal tasks
• Coordinate and schedule home maintenance, repairs, and vendor services
• Plan and organize family events, gatherings, and special occasions
• Assist with travel planning, including booking flights, accommodations, and itineraries
• Manage household documentation, bills, and basic bookkeeping (e.g., expense tracking, invoicing)
• Handle personal correspondence, emails, and phone calls with professionalism
• Maintain organization of files, records, and important documents
• Support special projects and provide general assistance as needed

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
• High level of discretion, trustworthiness, and professionalism
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and general administrative tools
• Ability to manage schedules, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
• Experience with basic bookkeeping or household budget tracking preferred
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, can-do attitude
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (preferred)

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
