About the Role:
I’m an entrepreneur running a fast-paced business and full family life — and I’m looking for someone who can be the calm in the storm. This role is a unique blend of household support, personal assistance, and light business coordination.

It’s ideal for someone highly organized, intuitive, warm, and proactive — who loves making someone else’s life smoother, calmer, and more efficient.

You’ll Thrive in This Role If You…

  • Love organization, calendars, and color-coded Google Sheets
  • Think ahead, plan proactively, and enjoy being 10 steps ahead
  • Are detail-oriented and love creating smooth systems
  • Communicate clearly, kindly, and efficiently
  • Are open to light meal prep, laundry, and household tidying (note: we have a bi-weekly housekeeper for deep cleaning)
  • Are comfortable with occasional school pickups or date night support (not full-time childcare)

What You’ll Be Doing (varies week to week):

PERSONAL & HOUSEHOLD SUPPORT:

  • Grocery shopping and light meal prep (e.g. salads, snacks, smoothies)
  • Managing errands: returns, packages, post office, car wash, gift buying, etc.
  • Scheduling appointments (home repair, healthcare, family logistics)
  • Organizing home spaces, systems, and routines (pantry, travel prep, calendar)
  • Supporting with school logistics (forms, reminders, occasional pickups/drop-offs)
  • Helping prepare for and organize family travel

OTHER PROJECTS YOU MAY SUPPORT WITH:
While the focus is home + family, you may occasionally support with light business projects based on your interest and capacity. This could include:

  • Online research or vendor outreach
  • Uploading testimonials or organizing Google Drive folders
  • Helping with inbox follow-up or travel bookings
  • Assisting with content uploads, social clips, or calendar coordination

Position Details:

  • Location: Los Angeles-based
  • Hours: ~12–15 hrs/week to start; flexibility required
  • Compensation: $30–$40/hr depending on experience

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • A clean driving record and your own vehicle
  • Experience supporting entrepreneurs, creatives, or busy families
  • Familiarity with tools like Gmail, Google Drive, ClickUp, Canva, etc.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
