Personal Assistant to CEO

We are a family-owned, fast-growing global company headquartered in Switzerland, with an office in Dubai, specializing in cutting-edge solutions in the fields of digital identity, secure identity documents, and payment products. Our mission is to enable trust in an increasingly digital world by providing secure, innovative, and reliable technologies. We are currently looking for a highly dedicated and exceptionally skilled Personal Assistant to the CEO to join our dynamic team.

This is not a traditional assistant role. We are looking for someone who is proactive, intuitive, and able to anticipate the needs of a fast-moving, visionary CEO. The ideal candidate is someone who can “think around the corner,” take ownership of tasks without hesitation, and execute them with speed, precision, and discretion. The CEO travels extensively across the globe, often working across multiple time zones, so flexibility and availability even outside of standard working hours are essential.

The Personal Assistant will play a important role in both the CEO’s professional and personal life. Key responsibilities include managing a complex international calendar, coordinating global travel arrangements, handling email correspondence, and acting as a point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders. In addition, the role involves supporting, organizing and quickly managing personal matters.

An interest in the field of secure identity and technology is highly desirable, as is the ability to understand and navigate sensitive legal or contractual documents. A background in law or legal administration would be considered a strong asset.

Fluency in both Italian and English is mandatory, german appreciated and the role requires excellent communication skills, cultural awareness, and the ability to handle confidential information with the utmost professionalism. The position is based in Dubai or Italy. Occasional travel may be required.
