PERSONAL ASSISTANT TO THE CEO


Job Status: Contract Worker (10-20 hours per week)

POSITION DESCRIPTION

The Personal Assistant to CEO will be a versatile and proactive personal concierge / support the CEO of

Launchpad Events & Media Architects. This role will serve to support and maintain the success of this

executive, and as a result, the company, by eliminating professional and personal tasks.

The PA will help with tasks such as (but not limited to): Personal and professional scheduling (medical,

dental, hair, personal engagements, reservations), booking travel, personal shopping, household

management (including but not limited to: laundry, dishes, coordinating with service providers, light

cleaning, making beds, grocery shopping, meal prep, managing household inventories, ordering from

Amazon needed items, washing cars, washing the dog, playing with and/or washing the dog, picking up

mail), picking up prescriptions, running a variety of errands, picking up meals or coffee for client

meetings, prepping CEO for travel, scanning documents, reviewing and prioritizing responding to emails,

filing reimbursements, fielding calls and research, organizing documents, maintaining records, and other

light administrative tasks to assist this executive in performing his job.

The goal of this role is to be a close teammate and support to the CEO – a “chief of staff” of his personal

life, if you will - in order to help him as he delegates a wide-variety of tasks out of his head and into your

hands. Your ability to think proactively to help make this executive’s life easier by eliminating numerous

personal and some professional tasks will result in success. Amidst these efforts the PA will ensure that

all components of their role is performed with joy, gratitude, integrity, excellence, and creative thinking.

REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS ROLE

 High level professionalism.

 Must be able to work at minimum 3 days a week for 15-20 hours.

 Must have their own car and able / willing to pick up items and packages, as well as ability to

transport a large dog as needed.

 Must have your own computer to work from.

 Must be willing to learn how to use Trello project management system and Google Drive.

 Respond to e-mails and calls in timely fashion.

 Communicate effectively and efficiently.

Must be willing to sign a contractor agreement and agree to a high-level of professional

confidentiality as you will be handling many passwords, usernames, and secure data.
