  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
  • Handle emails, correspondence, and phone calls professionally.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and meeting documents as required.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodation.
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure smooth communication between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Assist in tracking projects, follow-ups, and meeting deadlines.
  • Perform general office management and administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience as an Executive Assistant / PA at senior management or C-level.
  • Excellent command of English (spoken & written) — A-Level background preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and calendar management tools.
  • Professional demeanor with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in managing confidential information.
  • Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to changing priorities.
  • High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
