Position - Personal Assistant to Chairman

Job Overview
We are seeking a highly professional, proactive, and well-organized Personal Assistant to the Chairman to provide comprehensive administrative and executive support. The ideal candidate will be discreet, detail-oriented, and capable of handling confidential matters with a high level of professionalism and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide full administrative and secretarial support to the Chairman
- Manage and coordinate the Chairman’s calendar, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Prepare and draft correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documentation
- Handle confidential information and sensitive documents with utmost discretion
- Coordinate effectively with internal departments and external stakeholders
- Follow up on assigned tasks and ensure timely completion
- Assist with personal matters and special projects as required
- Organize events, meetings, and business engagements when needed
Requirements
- Female candidate preferred
- Below 35 years of age
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant to senior management / C-level executives
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- High level of integrity and professionalism
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Preferred Skills
- Experience supporting high-profile executives or Chairmen
- Strong coordination and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle last-minute changes and urgent requests
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
