About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to support one of our Real Estate Agents in managing daily administrative, operational, and marketing tasks.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in the Dubai real estate industry, be familiar with CRM systems, and possess strong digital and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the real estate agent with administrative tasks such as preparing contracts, agreements, and other property documents.
• Coordinate appointments, client meetings, property showings, and open houses.
• Manage and organize files, property documents, and CRM databases.
• Prepare contracts, agreements, and addendums (Forms A, B, F, I), as well as MOU, NDAs, and more.
• Handle client inquiries professionally and provide exceptional customer service.
• Conduct research on properties, neighborhoods, and market trends.
• Utilize AI tools and social media to create engaging real estate content.
• Manage property listings and updates on Property Monitor and Dubai Land Department (DLD) systems.
• Perform other administrative duties as required to support the agent’s daily workflow.

Requirements

• Must have minimum 2 years’ experience in a real estate administrative or similar role within Dubai. (Only accepting applicants with real estate experience)
• Strong knowledge of RERA laws and real estate regulations in Dubai
• Familiar with DLD portals and listing platforms like Property Finder and Bayut
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
• Knowledge of social media platforms and how to use them to advertise.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and professionalism.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of real estate terminology and documentation is a plus.
• Excellent typing and clerical skills, including filing and document management.
