Personal Assitant (On-Site or Remote)

Job Summary:

As a Personal Assistant, your primary role is to provide comprehensive support to our CEO. You will be responsible for managing tasks, optimizing schedules, coordinating projects, handling administrative duties and assisting with personal tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and maintain appointments / calendar via email or over the phone.
• Email management and organization.
• Prioritize and manage daily, weekly and monthly work or personal tasks.
• Ensure timely completion of projects and assignments.
• Create and prepare documents, presentations and/or spreadsheets.
• Research topics and make recommendations.
• Make booking arrangements.
• Project Assistance / Coordination.
• Assist with personal tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

Must have:

• Detail-oriented, organized, and efficient.
• Self-motivated with strong time management.
• Proactive, pragmatic, and resourceful problem solver.
• Trustworthy and reliable.
• English skills in both speaking and writing.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
• Great at researching topics and providing comprehensive summaries.
