Personal Brand & Growth Strategist

Overview

We are hiring a strategic growth leader to own and scale our personal brand and lead generation ecosystem.

This is not a social media manager role.

This position is responsible for turning content into consistent, qualified real estate leads.

You will manage freelancers, agencies, content direction, and growth strategy end-to-end.

Key Objective: Build a structured content and marketing system that generates consistent high quality real estate investor leads.

Core Responsibilities Growth & Lead Generation
  • Design and execute strategy to generate leads from social platforms
  • Build funnels, automations, and conversion systems
  • Manage paid ads and performance metrics including CPL, ROI, and conversions
Content Strategy & Direction
  • Define positioning, messaging, and content pillars
  • Plan monthly content calendar
  • Review scripts, edits, and content performance
  • Guide creative direction (not primary editor)
Content Production (Hands On)
  • Shoot and edit short form video content (approximately 10 videos per month) when required
  • Capture high quality property, lifestyle, and personal brand content independently
  • Ensure quick turnaround for time sensitive market opportunities
  • Maintain quality standards across filming, lighting, framing, and editing
Team & Vendor Management
  • Lead freelancers, editors, and agencies
  • Ensure brand consistency and execution quality
  • Build scalable systems and workflows
Platform Growth
  • Oversee short form content output
  • Manage audience engagement and inbound enquiries
  • Identify trends and opportunities in the real estate market
Field Presence
  • Attend shoots, events, and property visits
  • Capture and direct daily content opportunities
Salary and Incentive

Salary plus performance incentive linked to lead generation and revenue impact.

Qualifications
  • Minimum 3-4 years in brand growth, digital marketing, or content driven lead generation
  • Real estate industry experience required
  • Proven ability to generate leads from social media
  • Strong strategic thinking and ownership mindset
  • Experience managing freelancers or agencies
  • Proactive and execution driven
  • Arabic preferred
  • Must have UAE driving licence and own car
  • Must work on site daily (9am-6pm)
