Job Description

We’re looking for a highly skilled and motivated Personal Injury Case Manager to join our high-energy legal team. About the Role:

As a Personal Injury Case Manager, you’ll be the central point of contact for clients and a key player in moving cases forward. You'll work closely with clients, coordinate medical treatment, and assist your attorney in building strong, organized, and successful cases. What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Manage a caseload of pre-litigation personal injury cases from start to finish
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the duration of their case
  • Collaborate closely under a direct attorney to support case strategy and execution
  • Coordinate client medical treatment and track ongoing care
  • Gather, analyze, and organize medical records and billing
  • Assist in preparing demand packages and case documentation
  • Maintain detailed, organized, and up-to-date digital case files
  • Ensure timely case progression and proactive client updates

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience as a Personal Injury Case Manager is highly preferred
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a legal case management role or as an insurance adjuster handling injury claims
  • Excellent time management, planning, and reporting skills
  • Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills — able to keep clients and attorneys informed with clarity, professionalism, and care

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
