As a key member of our team, you will communicate regularly with clients, medical providers, insurance companies, and gather necessary information and documentation. Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of personal injury cases from inception through trial
• Gather and organize evidence, including medical records, accident reports, and witness statements
• Communicate with clients to update them on case progress and gather necessary information
• Communicate with automobile and health insurance companies to gather necessary documents and information

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a paralegal, specifically in personal injury litigation
• Strong knowledge of procedures related to personal injury cases
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
