Position Overview: We’re looking for a warm and enthusiastic Pet Stylist Salon Receptionist to be the Face of our salon. If you have a passion for pets and exceptional customer service skills, we’d love to meet you! We teach you everything there is to know about grooming! From coat type, skin, anatomy, nutrition, behavior, energy, ect. everything that you would need to learn to become a successful pet stylist! Quarterly, we hire candidates with little to no experience to begin working with us in our entry-level position. This will get your foot in the door of the pet industry, and will also help you become qualified to enter our grooming curriculum! Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome clients and their pets with a friendly demeanor.
• Manage appointment scheduling and confirmations efficiently.
• Handle phone inquiries and provide information on our grooming services and products.
• Process transactions and maintain accurate records.
• Ensure the reception area remains tidy and inviting.
• Communicate client preferences and requests to grooming staff.
• Entering our Bather/ Groomer Curriculum after 12 months of full time employment
• Performing Customer Care Calls

Qualifications:

• Experience in customer service, particularly in a pet-related setting, is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of dog breeds and grooming styles is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a boutique salon environment.
• Proficient in basic computer skills and scheduling software.
