• Managing procurement and import/export of pharmaceuticals.
• Optimizing warehousing, stock control, and distribution processes.
• Forecasting demand and ensuring the timely availability of medicines.
• Collaborating with manufacturers, wholesalers, and distributors to reduce costs and prevent shortages.
• Monitoring supplier performance and managing strategic partnerships.
