Pharmacovigilance Officer

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional for the role of Regulatory Affairs & Pharmacovigilance Officer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and managing drug safety activities in line with local and international guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, review, and submit regulatory dossiers in compliance with local authority requirements
  • Ensure timely product registration, renewal, and variation submissions
  • Monitor and maintain compliance with regulatory guidelines and company policies
  • Manage pharmacovigilance activities including adverse event reporting and safety data management
  • Maintain and update safety databases and ensure proper documentation
  • Coordinate with internal teams and regulatory authorities for approvals and queries
  • Ensure implementation of pharmacovigilance systems and SOPs
  • Conduct periodic review of safety data and risk management activities
  • Maintain accurate records of regulatory submissions and approvals

Requirements

  • Qualification: Pharm-D (mandatory)
  • Experience: 2–3 years of relevant experience in Regulatory Affairs & Pharmacovigilance
  • Strong knowledge of local regulatory guidelines and pharmacovigilance systems
  • Familiarity with drug safety reporting processes and compliance standards

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs250,000.00 per hour
