Precision Diagnostics is looking for a compassionate and organized Phlebotomist & Receptionist to join our team. This dual role requires the candidate to perform blood collection procedures with care and professionalism while also managing reception duties to ensure smooth operations at the front desk.
Responsibilities:
Phlebotomist Duties:
Perform venipunctures and capillary blood collections accurately and efficiently.
Label, organize, and prepare blood samples for testing.
Ensure patient comfort and maintain strict hygiene standards.
Adhere to infection control protocols and safety guidelines.
Assist lab staff in preparing samples as needed.
Receptionist Duties:
Greet patients and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate department.
Maintain accurate patient records and handle registration processes.
Manage patient check-ins and check-outs, ensuring smooth and timely service.
Maintain office supplies and ensure cleanliness of the reception area.
Qualifications:
Certification in Phlebotomy (or relevant medical field) preferred.
Previous experience as a phlebotomist and receptionist is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Basic knowledge of office software (e.g., MS Office).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs20,000.00 - Rs25,000.00 per month
