- Produce and review P&IDs, stress analysis, hydraulic calculations, bending and span assessments, and pipeline class/location studies.
- Develop construction scopes, method statements, welding procedures, QA/QC plans and inspection/test plans.
- Oversee procurement of pipes, fittings, valves, and pipeline ancillaries; evaluate vendor data and material traceability.
- Support construction supervision, welding inspection, NDT, coating application, hydrostatic testing, tie-ins and commissioning activities.
- Perform pipeline integrity management: corrosion assessment, inline inspection (ILI) planning, anomaly assessment and repair strategies.
- Conduct risk assessments (HAZOP, HAZID), RAM analyses and ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards (ASME B31.3/B31.4/B31.8, DNV).
- Coordinate with civil, mechanical, subsea and offshore teams for crossings, trenching, burial, and installation logistics.
- Prepare technical reports, progress updates, cost estimates and as-built documentation; support permitting and stakeholder approvals.
