PLANNER - MINA HAMRIYA OPERATIONS
United Arab Emirates
- Assist in preparing preventive and corrective maintenance schedules in CMMS to ensure timely upkeep of plant and equipment.
- Input, update, and validate work orders, labor hours, and material costs in CMMS for accurate reporting and tracking.
- Collect, compile, and correlate data from various sources to generate periodic reports for the Supervisor Planner and management review.
- Maintain accurate records of equipment assets, maintenance history, and any updates such as new installations or disposals in the CMMS system.
- Extract and organize technical data from Operation & Maintenance manuals to prepare draft maintenance checklists.
- Coordinate with internal teams for receipt, filing, and distribution of Operations & Maintenance manuals.
- Monitor and track work progress, flagging any delays or variances in schedules to the Supervisor Planner.
- Support in reviewing maintenance backlog and resource requirements to help optimize planning.
- Prepare draft reports, charts, and dashboards to provide visibility on maintenance performance and resource utilization.
- Provide administrative and technical support to the Planning Section and assist in process improvement initiatives as directed by the Supervisor Planner.
