Planning Analyst / Specialist (Consultant & Senior Consultant)

Role Overview:

We are seeking senior Planning professionals at the Consultant and Senior Consultant levels to provide strategic advisory, enterprise planning leadership, and business transformation guidance . These roles ensure that long-term goals, operational strategies, and departmental objectives are fully aligned with corporate vision and growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

For Both Levels:

• Provide strategic guidance on enterprise business planning, corporate strategy, and growth initiatives.
  

• Oversee complex planning projects and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  

• Advise executive leadership on market trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
  

• Ensure enterprise-level KPIs and performance metrics are effectively monitored and acted upon.
  

• Represent the planning function in executive decision-making forums.
  

Additional for Senior Consultant:

• Define and implement long-term enterprise planning strategy and frameworks.
  

• Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives and major transformation programs.
  

• Mentor and develop planning experts and senior analysts across the organization.
  

• Influence enterprise strategy, resource allocation, and investment decisions.
  

• Drive continuous improvement and innovation in business and strategic planning processes.
  

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related field.
  

• Consultant: 17–19 years of experience in strategic planning, corporate strategy, or business advisory roles.
  

• Senior Consultant: 20+ years of experience in executive-level planning, enterprise strategy, or strategic advisory leadership.
  

Skills & Competencies:

• Expert knowledge of strategic planning, business analysis, and corporate strategy.
  

• Proven ability to manage enterprise-level planning initiatives and cross-functional projects.
  

• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills.
  

• Leadership, mentoring, and executive stakeholder management abilities.
  

• Ability to drive transformation and influence enterprise-level business strategy.
  

Preferred Certifications:

• Certified Business Planner (CBP) or equivalent strategic planning, corporate strategy, or business analysis certifications.
