Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to join Telecom Egypt's Corporate Strategy Planning & Development team. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to lead the planning and development of our commercial business strategies with a focus on our Retail Operations for both B2C and Enterprise B2B Businesses. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating strategic alternatives, preparing business cases, and establishing the foundations for business development to drive growth and enhance our market position in both the consumer and enterprise segments.


Key responsibilities

  • Drive the development of business plans for Retail (B2C) and Enterprise (B2B) segments, ensuring customer-centric growth and revenue enhancement.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor dynamics , engaging with global partners to assess new business models, technologies, and innovative solutions.
  • Collaborate with business units to review and improve existing models, adapting to evolving customer needs and market changes.
  • Provide benchmarking, reports, and case studies to guide commercial strategies, optimize performance, and support corporate-level execution.


Qualifications

  • Appropriate higher education qualification in Business Administration, Marketing, Telecommunications Engineering or a related field.
  • At least 8 years of experience in strategic planning, business development, or a similar role within the telecommunications industry, with a focus on both B2C and B2B markets.
  • Global experience in different markets is recommended
  • MBA is a plus
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful business strategies for both consumer-facing and enterprise/corporate clients.
  • Strong understanding of the telecommunications market, including consumer and enterprise trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Arabic.
  • Proficiency in computer use.
  • Leadership and guidance skills.
  • Time management skills.
  • Flexibility and openness to new ideas.
