  • Prepare reports for consolidated projects progress reports.
  • Prepare and update time schedules and progress layouts.
  • Collect monthly data & prepare the overall monthly reports.
  • Perform earned value management & critical path method to monitor the progress of the project(s).
  • Participate in enhancing BIM unit process & output.
  • Manage / Update BIM Project Documents.
  • Participate in central planning related meetings.
  • Report the status of the project(s) to support decision making.
  • Participate in the monthly deliverables of the controls department.
  • Resolve any claims raised by the Contractors working for the project.
  • Propose corrective actions to bring the project(s) back on track.


Requirements:


Education : Bachelor’s Degree in civil or Construction Management. Relevant post-graduate studies is preferred.

Work Experience : From 8 years of relevant experience in planning/scheduling of construction projects

Technical skills : Good knowledge in using planning and scheduling principals, techniques

and tools Adequate knowledge in using Autodesk Revit, NavisWorks, AutoCAD, Primavera P6 and BIM technology.

Special requirements : Excellent communication and analytical skills, initiative and team-spirited.

Work Location: 6th of October region.
