Responsabilities

• Lead the planning team in developing short- and long-term operational and project plans.

• Monitor project timelines and ensure alignment with overall objectives and deadlines.

• Coordinate with departments such as procurement, engineering, and logistics to gather data and update schedules.

• Analyze risks and constraints affecting timelines or resource availability; propose mitigation strategies.

• Prepare and present regular reports on progress, variances, and performance indicators to senior management.

• Oversee resource planning, capacity utilization, and workload balancing.

• Maintain planning software and tools (e.g., Primavera, MS Project, ERP systems).

• Ensure compliance with internal policies, safety standards, and quality requirements.

• Provide leadership, mentorship, and performance evaluations to planning staff.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal abilities.



Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or related field (Master’s is a plus).

• 10+ years of experience in planning, scheduling, or operations management.

• 5+ years in a supervisory or team leadership role.

• Proficient in planning tools (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project, Excel, ERP systems
