Core Responsibilities

Project Planning: Create detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and budget estimates.

Resource Coordination: Ensure efficient allocation of manpower, equipment, and materials to support project activities.

Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate communication between project teams, stakeholders, and other professionals to ensure alignment and cooperation.

Reporting: Prepare and present project reports, updates, and presentations to management and clients.
