Responsibilities

- Develop, review, and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and/or MS Project .

- Prepare baseline schedules, recovery programs, and periodic progress updates.

-Monitor project progress, identify potential delays and risks, and propose mitigation measures.

-Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports to management and clients.

-Coordinate with project managers, site teams, and relevant departments to ensure schedule alignment.

-Analyze critical paths, resource allocation, and schedule impacts on cost and performance.

-Support claims preparation, extension of time (EOT) submissions, and contractual planning reports.

-Participate in project review meetings and planning discussions with internal and external stakeholders.


Requirements

-Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architectural Engineering .

-Minimum 3 years of experience in planning and scheduling within the construction industry.

-Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 , MS Project , and MS Office .

-Solid understanding of construction sequencing and project controls.

-Knowledge of FIDIC contracts and contractual planning requirements is an advantage.

-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

-Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
