Planning Engineer

Are you a detail-oriented Planning Engineer with strong expertise in Primavera P6 and a passion for delivering projects on time and within budget? Join our dynamic team and play a key role in driving project success from planning to completion.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Control

• Develop comprehensive project plans including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and cost estimates.
• Establish baseline schedules and ensure alignment with project objectives.

Schedule Management

• Create, monitor, and update detailed project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Apply tools such as Gantt Charts and Critical Path Method (CPM) to optimize project timelines.

Risk Management

• Identify potential project risks and develop proactive mitigation strategies.
• Analyze schedule impacts and recommend solutions to avoid delays.

Progress Monitoring & Reporting

• Track project progress against baseline schedules.
• Identify variances and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare and present detailed reports, dashboards, and presentations for management and clients.

Resource Coordination

• Ensure effective allocation of manpower, materials, and equipment.
• Coordinate with project teams to maximize productivity and efficiency.

Stakeholder Communication

• Facilitate clear communication between project teams, contractors, consultants, and clients.
• Support collaboration to ensure project alignment and smooth execution.

Compliance & Standards

• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Support quality assurance and project governance processes.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with Primavera P6 (mandatory).
• Solid understanding of project scheduling principles and CPM.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and reporting abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, in-person environment
