Planning Engineer Civil required for 12 months on contract bases.
Project management and asset integrity department are seeking highly skilled and
knowledgeable planning supervisors civil to assist in supervising the upcoming assigned
projects in the civil and mechanical fields.
Qualifications And Experience Requirements

Planning Supervisor: Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering

Construction Management
-
Mechanical/Electrical Engineering (project-dependent)

Or equivalent technical qualification
Experience
-
5-10 years of planning/scheduling experience in construction projects.

Proven experience as Planning Engineer / Senior Planning Engineer / Planning Supervisor.

Experience on large-scale projects such as:
-
Buildings
-
Infrastructure
-
Industrial or EPC projects
-
Hands-on experience with contractor and/or consultant environments.
Technical Skills

Advanced proficiency in:

Primavera P6
-
MS Project (preferred)

Strong knowledge of:

CPM scheduling
-
Resource and cost loading
-
Progress measurement techniques

Delay analysis methods (e.g., impact analysis, time impact analysis
The Planning supervisor will be responsible for scheduling, progress tracking and managing
delay ledgers during execution of projects. The Planning supervisor will ensure to share
progress report of all projects at shift end and share next day lookahead plan with execution
Team. Key Tasks Include

Develop, maintain, and control integrated project schedules (baseline, recovery, and lookaheads schedules).

Define work breakdown structures (WBS) aligned with contract scope and construction
methodology.

Prepare resource- and cost-loaded schedules in coordination with project controls and
construction teams.

Establish critical path (CPM) logic, constraints, milestones, and sequencing.

Produce short-term (1 week) look-ahead schedules to support site execution.

Collect, verify, and update actual progress data from site teams and contractors.

Monitor schedule performance, identify delays, and assess impacts on critical and near critical paths.

Perform schedule risk analysis and trend assessments.

Support preparation of recovery and mitigation plans
