To perform routine project coordination tasks in terms of manpower allocation in support of production activities
To coordinate for subcontractor manpower
To follow up between production team and central stores & procurement for materials requirement

Responsibility:
To follow agreed safe systems of work; to follow training and instructions; and to report accidents, incidents and near misses.

To stop work if they think the work is unsafe.
Minimum Qualification/Experiences/Skills
Education & Professional Qualification:
Bachelors of Mechanical Engineering or any relevant field
Professional Experience:
4-6 years of relevant experience in planning preferred in Shipbuilding and Ship repair Projects experience and Experience in Cost Controlling.
Geographic Experience:
N/A
Computer Skills:
- Experienced of Project Management Tools like Primevera (P6) and MS Project
- Experience in Power BI
- Hands on experience on MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
Language Skills:
Arabic language is an advantage
Market/Industry/Functional Knowledge:
- Company objectives and customer interests, problem analysis and solution, communication, presentation, conflict recognition and resolution.
- Time management, task planning and prioritizing
- Self-teaching, learning organization
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Preparation of Marine Project Baseline Schedule as per the Scope of Work, by identfing the activities sequence and the duration for each activity.
- Preparation of Marine Bid Schedules.
- Prepare and Submit Monthly Reports such as Monthly Manpower Report, Monthly Projects Completion Report, dock occupancy and jetty occupancy reports.
- Preparation of Monthly Manpower Planning & forecast.
- Preparation of Cost Report for Marine Projects.
- Monitor project progress by task on a daily basis as assigned
- Highlight to Manager - Planning regarding Project Challenges and Issues.
- Prepare a Consolidated Report for Project Status
- Implement and maintain within their area of responsibility and accountability, compliance to all Milaha Health & Safety, Security, Environment and Quality policies, manuals, procedures, laws, regulations and standards.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
