Position Overview:
Drive the seamless execution of bespoke furniture projects through meticulous planning and scheduling. Ensure timely delivery of luxury products while optimizing resources and maintaining our uncompromising quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, monitor, and update project schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Create baseline plans, track progress, and forecast project milestones for high-end furniture production.
• Generate performance reports (KPIs, delays, resource allocation) for senior management.
• Coordinate with design, production, and procurement teams to align timelines and workflows.
• Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure on-time delivery.
• Support resource planning (labor, materials, machinery) for complex custom orders.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 1–3 years of planning/scheduling experience, preferably in luxury manufacturing or fit-out.
• Expertise in Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Analytical mindset with strong organizational and communication skills.
• Fluency in English and Arabic; ability to manage pressure and deadlines.
