Production Engineer (Fresh Graduate)

Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in workshop supervision, ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and efficiency standards.
• Monitor material inventory, usage, and waste reduction initiatives.
• Coordinate with the technical office to implement production plans and shop drawings.
• Prepare daily/weekly production reports and track KPIs (output, defects, timelines).
• Support process optimization and troubleshooting on the production floor.
• Learn and apply best practices in finishing, assembly, and quality control.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Applied Arts, Fine Arts, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged; internships in furniture/fit-out production are advantageous.
• Eagerness to master workshop operations and luxury craftsmanship techniques.
• Basic knowledge of production software (ERP, MS Office) and technical drawings.
• Proactive attitude, attention to detail, and teamwork ethos.
